Like most other countries Americans are pigs throwing their trash out vehicle windows...... Individuals, groups, clubs, companies, etc. adopt a couple of miles promising to keep them clean. Sad it is necessary but nice that some people take action..... Another example of the widespread volunteering culture in the US. In Europe it's a public task paid for by high taxes....
