Now close to the ocean - sand and pine trees reminding me of my childhood. Well over 30C it was hot riding the constant steep rolling hills. Massive roots made the bike path very bumpy, so I rode it uphills but not downhill as it would have damaged the bike. Instead, I took the road making many tourists angry, honking at me even though the bike path wasn't mandatory and I was going fast (but of course a problem since most wanted to go 100 k/h on the 50 k/h road). I took a small detour towards the Pilat Dune but experiencing an overcrowded 1k*2k parking lot, I skipped it and moved on to Le Moulleau... | |||||
