3k downhill and then a small gradual decline/flattish through a valley the last 60k to Osh. About half the way they had "repaired" the road with lose pebbles of which many were missing. Very unpleasant though luckily they had been cheap and/or lazy (I'm guessing curruption), so a lot of the way I could ride on the 10-15 cm old decent road on the white line...
