A terrible night with little sleep as the wind kept pounding the tent. In the morning there was sand everywhere - about 5 kg in the tent alone not counting what had already come out with the air mattress, sleeping bag, clothes, etc. The wind made cleaning (including the bike) difficult as a few minutes covered everything again. I really don't wish for anyone to experience this - hopefully it's once in my lifetime as well... I left at 10 - into a headwind of course...
