On the road the bicycle sign means bikes and electric scooters but here it apparently only means bicycles... or maybe just foreigners with bicycles. I was told I couldn't even pull my bike here while locals passed by on their scooters...? Like everywhere in the world a lot of (sometimes self-appointed) security people who can't administer their little power after failing to get a real job with authority e.g. police, military or fire fighter.
