It doesn't look steep on this picture but this hill was well over 10% so i had to push half way to the top. Living in Cameron Highland's Su might be justified calling the roads here flat - and he was right except for a couple of small mountains and constant rolling hills. On the positive side it helped me getting in a bit better shape...
