At the roadhouse I had a haircut/shaved and stocked up water. Amongst other I talked to a nice French couple (Rom and Charlotte) for an hour and they were kind to leave 12 liter water ahead in case I decided to do a detour to the Kimberley's. I also shortly talked to Andy who randomly pulled in while I was there - small world even though there is only one road. It was nice but for riding it was a bad idea as I the delay meant facing a 40 k/h NE headwind...
