A warm morning so again lots of annoying flies. I only pushed 20k before I realised I had a broken screw in the front rack - and only because I couldn't get the mud guard to stop touching the tire. Not surprising with 13 kilos in the pannier riding rough, bumpy roads. It has happened a number of times before so I had the tools to remove the broken screw and of course an extra screw. However, the flies and blazing sun were annoying and I wasted precious early morning "limited wind" time...
