I got water at Billabong Restaurant after first being rejected at Billabong Roadhouse next door - I was very surprised to be rejected as I asked for the same borewater used in the toilets (about a toilet fluch). I'm guessing it's the same owner so it's just about finding the friendly staff - the woman who rejected looked miserable so she probably decided everybody else should feel the same way...
