One of the reasons I had stayed in Toora was to visit the Parks Victoria office in Foster in the morning. I needed information for visiting Wilsons Prom as well as buying a camping permit. The sign said the office was open but it was not - fortunately I got help in the next door tourist information which was helpful making a call to the park office...
