Some parts were straight on good road so I could ride 80k/h (50 mph) but other parts had countless switchbacks where I had to break heating the rims and risking exploding tubes (it already happened once last year and once this year but fortunately after stopping). For that reason I had 2 5-10 minutes breaks on the way down to cool the rims...
