At the Kimberley turnoff after 65k I had lunch in the shade. I decided to skip the detour being too commercial, too expensive and too long (120k) including 40k on dirt road. I found the water left for me and drank 3 liter and used the rest for cooling down and rinsing my t-shirt and socks. A guy looked in distress so I went over to ask if he was okay or needed water. "What do you want? No, I'm always good. Goodbye" he snarled - well, sorry for being non-Australian showing empathy and compassion.... | |||||
