I'd had two reasons to continue north to Manjimup instead of west past Pemberton. 1) To avoid riding into the western wind the previous day and to get an easternly wind from noon this day - with a NW wind the day before and a W this day I got a headwind both days. 2) To have less rolling hills - with rolling hills all the way to Manjimup and the folowing 50k to Nannup where the roads met again there was no advantage at all.... | |||||
