Lots of monkeys everywhere though there seem to be less in the palm tree plantations probably because of the thorns on the braches. Another good reason to camp there as they might steal my food hanging in the trees. Some mornings 50-100 monkeys approached the tent so I quickly had to get up and salvage the food...
