At the bottom of the long downhill roll, I had to fix a flat tire (pleased it was a new spot than the last three times). While fixing the flat, I realised the wheel was croocked with many loose spokes. The rear brake-pads must have touched the rim all the way down heating it up even more. Glad to have fixed that problem as the downhill roll continued all afternoon though with a smaller gradual decline and on a better surface...
