No wonder America has an obesity problem - outside every town there are 20-30 fastfood chains all offering big value meals. Here on a freezing cold day with strong headwind - even the locals were a bit in chock by 7C (45F) when in normal years it's supposed to be 25C (75F) at this time of year.... a warning sign before reaching the mountains....
