I'm surely the only person passing by who will ever understand the English writing on this sign. It doesn't make sense and can only be to create a more fancy "brand". The same with the occasional English road signs - no foreigner is allowed to drive a vehicle in China so why write in English...? I'm happy they do, but it's hardly for the few international bicyclists...
