After 12k I was exhausted and asked a drunk but friendly-looking farmer for camping and rinsed off the dust and sweat in the muddy creek. Early evening he came down a couple of times to drink with me but I got away with a bit of "conversation" before I got him convinced that I needed to sleep. Still feeling queasy and dizzy with changing levels of headache, I really needed some sleep and though I got some, the temperature made it difficult until late evening. | |||||
