In Ceduna the sports store (no bike shop) was closed and as I didn't expect it to carry the tire I needed I felt no desire to wait until Monday morning - instead I got hold of Allan in Adelaide and asked if he could buy me a new tire and send it to Norseman at the end or the desert. Again the visitor info. was useless - the guy didn't even want to look up the latest weather forecast. I had lunch and topped up my food/water supplies before heading west out of town...
