I got some water from a creek - if i had paid more attention in physics and biology classes I might have known what the colour was - it didn't ring a bell when somebody much later told me it is tanin from the trees. Afterwards I looked for a place to camp but no luck so after 95k I ended up the same place as the previous evening. Ridiculous to have brought all the luggage but then again I had hoped to hitch a ride back to Mount Field...
