On my map, it looked like I couldn't ride the big road the last 20k to Saint-Nazaire. To avoid repeating the La Rochelle navigating-small-roads nightmare, I turned inland at Pornic. Many people drove 100 k/h cutting corners without any overview on these hilly, curvy narrow roads, so I just had to hope for the best...
