7-800m later, I reached this open, flattish area. Camping is only allowed at dedicated huts much further up the mountains, so I knew it was illegal. In itself not a big problem if I could find a good hiding place but there were none. Being quite exposed to the trails, I could only hope it was so late that few people would pass by...
