Afterwards I pushed hard to catch up with Sonia, because I was concerned she would push forgetting that we were very early - 3 hours for approx. 30-35 flattish kilometres. After 30 minutes, I hadn't caught up and stopped for some minutes to see if I could spot her behind me down the coast. I pushed another 20 minutes and still did't catch up, so I knew she was behind me or had taken a turn for a supermarket...
