Just before Nuoro, we took a main road east, but shortly after the road was blocked and soon we found ourselves riding around Nuoro on crazy steep backroads. We followed signs and asked locals for advice but the two main road entries we found were also closed, so after a couple of hours we gave up. We stocked up and instead headed north out of town towards Budduso...
