In Fitzroy Crossing I changed to my spare tire to avoid an explotion and loss of a tube. Ironically part of the valve broke off the tube while I was pumping the tire, so it cost a tube anyway - maybe it got overheated..? Before heading out I got 25 liter water and found some nice old people to leave two "batches" down the road...
