I had gotten so used to no rain while setting up camp that I got caught unprepared when the strong wind suddenly produced dark clouds with heavy rain – half my equipment got wet and with no sun and low temperatures mornings and evenings it never dried before I reached Ray’s place in Margaret River some days later. So much for an updated forecast with no mention of rain....
