At some point, I noticed one of my front panniers had half way fallen off. Months of horrible roads had loosened the screw but luckily it was still attached and even more fortunate, I had the matching torx to screw it back in (happy to have spend hours in Denmark finding it). After 50k I also had a flat tire which was very unusual with this (Australian) rear wheel...
