I arrived at Emir hostel at 11 and was asked to pay a few minutes after arrival, which I agreed to as long as I got my registration. No feedback so I had to find out they had a computer problem. Hours later, I was promised the registration 10 minutes later, so I paid only to be told by another staff member, I could not get it before I left. Long discussions about getting a receipt, which I finally got at 11pm, 6 hours after asking the first time. I find it impossible to recommend a place that doesn’t trust me but expects me to trust them. More peope in it for the money without any understanding customer needs and service leading to mistrust, misinformation and lack of feedback - and creating a feeling of being an unwelcome guest. | |||||
