Except one truck, all I have seen have had European company names. They might be sold with company names on but I have a feeling that a lot of them mght be stolen - do European companies really want to be associated with accidents by crazy Kyrgyz drivers? The same suspicion goes for car -  a large percentage have right-hand driving which doesn't make sense unless they are "very cheap"...
