The bike felt "wobbly," so after 15k I checked the tire pressure. Only 44psi (normal 85), so I concluded there was a problem with the otherwise new tire - probably damaged from hanging 6 months in the sun riding up from Singapore. I changed to my other spare tire and my Australian puncture free tube.
